Discussing Universal Patterns of Life
Michael Conforti will be discussing with Amy (during a one hour live interview for 'Connect with Amy Miller: Mind, Body, Soul, Spirit') the development of his work on patterns. Patterns are not only nature's way of expressing itself, but also the psyche's way of informing us about a life far vaster than we generally realize. We find the presence of patterns in great literature, films, and sacred texts. All of the great wisdom traditions speak to the overarching, innate, and universal patterns of life. These patterns, while not independent entities are expressions of an underlying drama, be it the dynamics responsible for the pattern of the human form or the patterns expressed in our dreams and daily life. Underscoring the formation of patterns in both the natural world and the internal world are the workings of archetypes, which have been described as "nature's constants." There will be a question and answer session after the interview.
