The goal of the show Connect with Amy Miller is to empower individuals. We explore the mind-body connection, journey down the path of enlightenment together, and have a little fun along the way.

Moore's writings open your heart and teach you how to see situations from different perspectives. Due largely to technological advancements, we've become a cut and run society prone to isolation, depression and anxiety. What's the remedy? In three half-hour segments, Thomas explored how we deal with depression, betrayal, and the loss of meaning in our lives. He then discussed how to create a soulful life in modern America.

Author of 'Slaying the Mouse'
Wendy discussed her work in the world of spirit medicine. It is an ancient practice used for the healing of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wounds. This practice has been used for thousands of years by indigenous healers.
